abstract The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant, melting-loss-resistant and super-tough halogen-free flame-retardant TPEE core wire material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-temperature-resistant, melting-loss-resistant and super-tough halogen-free flame-retardant TPEE core wire material comprises, by mass, 40-50% of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer TPEE, 10-15% of a polyether type TPU, 10-15% of an amino grafted TPU, 5-10% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer EVA, 20-30% of a self-made composite flame retardant and 0.5-1% of an antioxidant auxiliary agent. According to the invention, polyether type TPU, amino grafted TPU and self-made composite flame retardant are added into TPEE, so that the physical properties of the material can be ensured, and the toughness, flame retardance and high temperature resistance of the material can be improved.
