According to the membrane treatment method provided by the invention, the hardness of the high-salinity wastewater is reduced through the Na-type cation exchanger and the weak-acid cation exchanger, and a large amount of chemical agents are not required to be added, so that the amount of chemical sludge is reduced, and the operation cost is reduced; in addition, the sodium chloride brine can be obtained after the brine containing sodium ions generated after ion exchange is treated, and can be used for regenerating Na-type cation exchangers, so that the water regeneration and the salt in the incoming water can be fully realized.
