titleOfInvention | Biomass-based hydrogel and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of biomass-based hydrogel, which comprises the following steps: preparing a eutectic solvent: choline chloride and urea; or, choline chloride and acetic acid are mixed, stirred and heated until clear liquid is formed; biomass pretreatment: crushing biomass powder, cleaning, drying, and mixing with a eutectic solvent to prepare modified biomass for later use; dissolving acrylamide, acrylic acid, sodium hydroxide and modified biomass in water, and uniformly stirring under a heating condition to form a first mixed solution; dissolving potassium persulfate and N, N' -methylene-bisacrylamide with water to form a second mixed solution; synthesizing a biomass-based hydrogel: and heating the first mixed solution to 30-35 ℃, adding the second mixed solution, heating and stirring until the system temperature reaches 128-130 ℃, forming the solution, then stopping heating, and cooling. The biomass-based hydrogel disclosed by the invention can be used for adsorbing various dyes and is strong in adsorption capacity. |
