abstract | The invention discloses a method for treating still waste salt, which comprises the following steps: s1, conveying the kettle residues to a kettle residue collecting tank in a centralized manner in a workshop; s2, recovering the organic solvent through a vacuum system, and recovering the organic solvent through a further rectification separation device to return to a workshop feed tank; s3, concentrating and evaporating kettle residues in a horizontal single-shaft self-cleaning thin film evaporator; s4, conveying the kettle residue to a horizontal double-shaft self-cleaning mixer through a first vacuum melt pump for further concentration and evaporation treatment; s5, treating kettle residues in the horizontal double-shaft self-cleaning mixer by a next process unit; and S6, packaging and storing the granules through a vacuum automatic packaging system. In the method, the kettle residue is subjected to quantitative reduction treatment, the solvent similar to the solvent in the asphalt-shaped kettle residue is deeply extracted and concentrated, the recovery rate of a solvent product is improved, and the residual quantity of the useful solvent in the kettle residue can be reduced to be less than or equal to 0.2 percent; the solvent is recovered, the whole process of residue solidification treatment achieves full-closed operation, the operation of a man-machine system is good, and the environmental pollution is small. |
