The present invention provides a lithium ion battery, comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a non-aqueous electrolyte and a separator, the positive electrode comprises a positive electrode active material, and the positive electrode active material comprises formula 1-4, namely LiNi x Co y M z L (1-x- In compounds represented by y-z) O 2 , LiCo x' L (1-x') O 2 , LiNi x" L' y' Mn (2-x"-y') O 4 and Li z' MPO 4 of at least one compound, wherein L, L', M, x, y, z, x', x", y', z' are as defined in the specification, and the non-aqueous electrolyte comprises an organic solvent, a lithium salt and an additive , the additive includes the unsaturated bisphosphonate shown in formula 5, wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are as defined in the specification. The lithium ion battery of the present invention can take into account the high temperature storage performance and cycle of the battery performance. |
