The invention belongs to the field of medical materials, and relates to a novel coronavirus antibody colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay detection method and application thereof. The invention also comprises a preparation method of the corresponding antibody detection test strip, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a colloidal gold test strip for detecting the novel coronavirus antibody. The method for detecting the novel coronavirus antibody by the colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay comprises the following steps: preparing a gold-labeled antibody conjugate, namely coupling anti-human IgG/M/A polyclonal antibody with colloidal gold; preparing an antigen mixture for capturing virus antibodies, wherein the antigens for capturing the virus antibodies comprise but are not limited to novel coronavirus S protein, N protein and E protein or active fragments of the novel coronavirus S protein, the novel coronavirus N protein and the novel coronavirus E protein; the antigens were mixed and immobilized at the detection line on nitrocellulose membrane. The method can detect the new coronavirus total antibody more effectively, more quickly and more specifically, and is favorable for improving the detection rate of the new coronavirus antibody. |
