titleOfInvention Fireproof flame-retardant vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder and manufacturing method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a fireproof and flame-retardant vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder and a manufacturing method thereof.A medium-temperature cured epoxy resin is placed in a first soaking tank when the hydrogen storage cylinder is manufactured, carbon fiber wires are used outside the first soaking tank, the carbon fiber wires are wound on the outer surface of a plastic inner container of the vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder, and the medium-temperature cured epoxy resin is soaked in the first soaking tank to form a fiber reinforcing layer; then, placing a flame retardant in a second soaking tank, continuously winding the carbon fiber yarns on the outer surface of the fiber reinforced layer, and soaking the flame retardant in the second soaking tank to form a flame retardant layer; and then, preserving heat at the temperature of 145-150 ℃, finally spraying phenolic resin on the surface of the cured flame-retardant layer, then curing at normal temperature to form a temperature-resistant layer, and obtaining the vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder which is fireproof and flame-retardant through fireproof and flame-retardant tests, so that the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle can be protected for a long time, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
