titleOfInvention | A kind of stainless steel passivation solution and method for improving corrosion resistance of stainless steel wire drawing floor drain |
abstract | The invention discloses a stainless steel passivation solution and a method for improving the corrosion resistance of stainless steel wire drawing floor drains. The stainless steel passivation solution, in terms of mass percentage, comprises 30.0-40.0% of citric acid and 2.0-2.0% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid. 4.3%, polymaleic acid 3.0-8.0%, sodium sorbate 4.0-7.0%, 1-benzylpyridinium-3-carboxylate 5.0-12.0%, and the balance is water. The method for improving the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel wire drawing floor drain is to passivate the stainless steel wire drawing floor drain by using the stainless steel passivation solution. The invention has good passivation effect, and only citric acid in the inorganic acid, no nitric acid and sulfuric acid, is more environmentally friendly and healthy for use in sanitary products, and will not cause harm to the passivation field operators. |
