abstract |
The present invention relates to a copolymer and an optical film containing the copolymer and having negative orientation birefringence. The copolymer comprises 10-60 mol% of acrylonitrile-based monomer units, 10-80 mol% of acrylic acid alicyclic hydrocarbon ester monomer units and 5-80 mol% of vinylene carbonate-based monomer units. The copolymer provided by the application has negative orientation birefringence and excellent phase difference characteristics; the copolymer is easy to prepare and has the characteristic of high glass transition temperature; the optical film made of the copolymer has excellent performances such as high mechanical strength, high light transmittance and low chromaticity index. |
