abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a novel pyrazolopyridine compound. The method comprises the following steps: substituted 5-aminopyrazole derivatives and substituted phenylpropargyl aldehyde are synthesized into pyrazolopyridine compounds in one pot in an oxygen atmosphere by taking silver trifluoroacetate and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid as catalysts. The preparation method has the advantages of cheap and easily-obtained raw materials, simple preparation method, short steps and high yield up to 88 percent, and provides a feasible method for industrially preparing the compounds. Through pharmacological activity research, the compound has better antitumor activity, and provides possibility for the research and development of new drugs. |
