titleOfInvention A kind of method for preparing high-purity betaine from alcohol phase
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing high-quality betaine in an alcohol phase, using methanol or ethanol as a solvent, and using sodium chloroacetate and trimethylamine as raw materials to synthesize betaine and sodium chloride. The reaction temperature is 30°C-65°C, and the time is 0.1-8 hours. After the reaction is completed, the solid sodium chloride is separated by centrifugation at a temperature of 10°C-40°C. The methanol or ethanol solvent separated by centrifugation is distilled to recover methanol or ethanol, cooled to 10°C-30°C, centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain feed-grade betaine anhydrous.
