The invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, and discloses an application of a human melanoma-related circular RNA circROR1 target in preparing a melanoma drug. The present invention shows that human melanoma-related circular RNA circROR1 and binding protein PTBP1 have potential roles in melanoma drug treatment, melanoma prognosis evaluation, and melanoma curative effect monitoring, and the present invention provides more intensive clinical treatment of melanoma. Alternatively, the drugs of the present invention and related mechanisms of action may be novel strategies for improving melanoma treatment. |
