The heating means is arranged above and/or below the sample pad and is configured for heating the sample pad, and the heating means comprises one or more heating units. According to the scheme of the invention, the heating part is arranged in the heating concentration sample injection device to heat the sample pad, particularly the part of the sample pad close to the tip, so that the sample liquid volatilizes when flowing towards the tip, and the target is enriched and concentrated at the tip of the sample pad or the part close to the tip, thereby improving the target concentration of the sample injection port and improving the sensitivity and accuracy of mass spectrum detection.
