titleOfInvention | A kind of enzyme-free glucose sensor and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of glucose detection, in particular to an enzyme-free glucose sensor and its preparation method and application. The invention adopts magnolia leaves as a carbon-based catalyst, and as a base material, nickel atoms are well dispersed and the catalytic activity of the material is improved. The prepared Ni@NSiC nanomolecular layer was modified on the pretreated white glassy carbon electrode to obtain a highly active modified working electrode Ni@NSiC/GCE. Glucose was detected by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The invention solves the problem of the influence of easily oxidized interference substances such as dopamine, ascorbic acid and uric acid when the traditional electro-oxidation method detects glucose. The test results show that the material has excellent electrochemical sensing performance for glucose, high sensitivity, good stability and anti-interference ability, and has broad application prospects in the fields of electrocatalysis and biosensing. |
