The long-carbon-chain polyamide resin is mixed in the melt-blown polyamide cloth with the short carbon chains as main components by compounding the two polyamide resins, so that the dispersibility of the load type silver ion antibacterial agent is improved, the defect that the air permeability of the melt-blown polyamide cloth is poor due to the addition of the load type silver ion antibacterial agent is overcome, the water absorption of the material can be reduced, and the charge stability of the melt-blown product in long-term storage and practical processes is ensured. The invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial melt-blown polyamide composite material, and only the short-carbon-chain polyamide resin can be degraded but the long-carbon-chain polyamide resin is hardly degraded in a controllable degradation process by adopting the chain breaking agent of the dodecanedioic acid type, so that the raw material cost is reduced. |
