titleOfInvention | A LFD-RPA primer and probe combination for visual detection of Phytophthora taro and its detection method |
abstract | The invention discloses an LFD-RPA primer and probe combination for visual detection of Phytophthora taro and a detection method thereof, belonging to the field of biotechnology. The LFD-RPA detection primer and probe combination of Phytophthora taro disclosed by the invention comprises two primers PcoRPALFD-F and biotin-labeled PcoRPALFD-R, and one probe PcoRPALFD-P. The combination of LF-RPA detection primers and probes was amplified at a constant temperature of 39°C and then detected by lateral flow chromatography test strips. It was observed that the test strips showed positive bands in the detection area. The LF-RPA detection primer and probe combination and the detection method disclosed by the invention can be used for rapid, sensitive and accurate detection of Phytophthora taro infected plants in production practice, and can also be used for early diagnosis of field diseases and monitoring of pathogens and identification, to provide a reliable technical and theoretical basis for the prevention and control of diseases caused by Phytophthora taro. |
