titleOfInvention | Method for in vitro induced amplification and cryopreservation of immune cells |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, and particularly discloses a method for in-vitro induced amplification and cryopreservation of immune cells, wherein a single nuclear cell is subjected to first-stage amplification culture by using an amplification culture medium special for the immune cell to obtain a primary amplified immune cell; carrying out second-stage induction and amplification culture on the preliminarily amplified immune cells by using an induction culture medium special for the immune cells to obtain induced immune cells; performing third-stage activation and amplification culture on the induced immune cells by using an immune cell special activation culture medium to obtain a large number of immune cells with activation functions; freezing immune cells by using a freezing medium special for the immune cells to obtain the frozen immune cells; placing the frozen immune cells in a constant-temperature water bath device at 40 ℃ for thawing, and mixing with frozen recovery liquid of the immune cells to obtain recovery cell mixed liquid; and centrifuging the recovered cell mixed solution and removing the supernatant to obtain recovered immune cells. |
