titleOfInvention | Recombinant bacteria for co-production of 1,3-propanediol and 1,3-butanediol and its application |
abstract | The invention provides a recombinant bacterium for co-producing 1,3-propanediol and 1,3-butanediol and its application. The recombinant bacteria are formed by introducing phaA, phaB, bld and yqhD genes into Klebsiella through plasmids or integrating them into Klebsiella chromosomes by means of genetic engineering. Using the Klebsiella engineering bacteria provided by the invention, the production of two kinds of high value-added diols (1,3-propanediol and 1,3-butanediol) can be realized simultaneously, and the two kinds of diols are relative to each other. The yield of the substrate glycerol exceeds 0.6 g/g, which is far greater than the yield of 1,3-propanediol or 1,3-butanediol production alone. The separation process of the target product is more simplified, thereby greatly improving the economic benefit of the entire production process. |
