abstract | The invention belongs to the field of medicines, and particularly relates to a comprehensive treatment method and a comprehensive treatment device for 2 alpha-methyl-2 beta-azido methyl penam-3 alpha-carboxyl diphenylmethyl ester mother liquor. The method comprises the following steps: 1) transferring the mother liquor to an adjusting kettle, and adjusting the pH value by using liquid caustic soda; 2) dropwise adding a sodium hypochlorite solution into the mother liquor until the sodium azide completely reacts; 3) transferring the mother liquor to a high-efficiency evaporator by using a pump, evaporating out a gas phase, feeding the gas phase into an ethyl acetate rectifying tower, feeding the residual salt-containing DMF solution into a cooling kettle, cooling and crystallizing, centrifugally desalting by using a centrifugal machine, heating the filtrate by using a reboiler, feeding the gas phase at the top of the cooling kettle into a dehydration tower through a vacuum pump, and feeding the gas phase into an ethyl acetate rectifying tower after entering a two-stage condenser A; 4) the gas phase evaporated from the top of the dehydrating tower enters a waste water tank after passing through a three-stage condenser; the materials at the bottom of the dehydration tower are heated by a reboiler, enter a DMF (dimethyl formamide) rectifying tower, pass through a two-stage condenser B, and enter a finished product tank after being sampled and detected to be qualified. The invention solves the potential safety hazard in actual production and reduces the production cost. |
