titleOfInvention Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome simulation animal model device and method
abstract A sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome animal model device and method, its apparatus includes cabin and main control module, sleep deprives the model device and intermittence anoxia to unite the hypercapnia model device; the intermittent hypoxia and hypercapnia combined model device comprises at least two gas sources, wherein one gas source is carbon dioxide gas; the other air source is air or oxygen; the main control module controls the oxygen concentration and the carbon dioxide concentration in the cabin body by controlling the gas supply states of the two gas sources according to the acquired oxygen concentration data and the carbon dioxide gas concentration data, so that intermittent hypoxia and hypercapnia are simulated; meanwhile, the main control module also controls the sleep deprivation model device to cooperate to complete the simulation of intermittent hypoxia and hypercapnia under the sleep deprivation state. The superposition of the three model factors can more closely simulate the pathophysiological mechanism of the human obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
