The preservation protective agent comprises the following aqueous solution of substances in percentage by mass: 0.4 to 0.8 percent of lauryl sodium sulfate, 0.1 to 0.8 percent of dodecyl amide, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of sorbitan fatty acid ester, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of fatty acid monoethanolamide, 0.3 to 0.8 percent of lauric acid, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of triethanolamine, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of fatty acid monoethanolamide sulfosuccinic acid monoester salt, and the balance of double distilled water. The preservation protective agent can realize the stable preservation of the biological sample and reach the production application level. Has important significance for researching human reproductive medicine, promoting livestock genetic breeding, promoting artificial insemination and protecting endangered wild animals.
