abstract | The invention belongs to the field of antifreeze and deicing materials for road pavements, and in particular relates to a degradable antifreeze material for cement concrete pavement and a preparation method thereof. The antifreeze material involved is made of an antifreeze core material and a degradable film material. The core material is mainly chlorine salt and acetate anti-icing components, and the degradable film material includes silane coupling agent, epoxy resin, tung oil, degradable components and isocyanate curing agent. The preparation method of the present invention comprises: crushing the antifreeze material core material to a particle size of about 200 meshes, then mixing it with a silane coupling agent, heating, stirring and cooling down, and then mixing it with epoxy resin, degradable components and isocyanate under heating conditions , and then molded under a pressure of not less than 3KN per square centimeter, and crushed after cooling down to obtain a degradable antifreeze material of about 1mm. |
