abstract The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant solvent-free epoxy primer for a radiation crosslinking polypropylene heat shrinkable tape, which is obtained by mixing and reacting a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components: 25-40% of phenolic epoxy resin, 5-15% of organic silicon modified epoxy resin, 4-6% of active diluent, 0.2-0.5% of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5% of flatting agent, 0.3-0.6% of defoaming agent, 0.5-1.5% of organic clay, 0.5-1.5% of carbon black, 7-12% of muscovite, 10-15% of aluminium dihydrogen tripolyphosphate and 20-30% of barium sulfate; the component B comprises: 70-90% of modified alicyclic amine curing agent; 10-30% of an accelerator; the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 100: 15-25. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the comprehensive performance of the primer is improved, and the long-term operation requirement of the anti-corrosion coating at 110 ℃ can be met.
