titleOfInvention | A kind of biodegradable carbon dioxide-based polyurethane elastomer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a biodegradable carbon dioxide-based polyurethane elastomer and a preparation method thereof. , 0.1-0.8 parts of antioxidants, 0.2-0.8 parts of sulfonate-containing dihydroxy compounds and 3.5-18 parts of chain extenders. The invention greatly improves the hydrophilicity of the polyurethane elastomer material by introducing a sulfonate with a strong hydrophilic group, enhances its hydrolysis, and greatly improves the biodegradability. The number-average molecular weight of the polyurethane elastomer is 58-82,000, the weight-average molecular weight is 7.6-115,000, the tensile strength is 14-25MPa, and the elongation at break is 650-820%. The composting test showed that the polyurethane elastomer material began to disintegrate after 30 days; after 90 days, the degradation rate exceeded 70%; after 180 days, the degradation rate reached 92%. |
