abstract The invention relates to a molecular sieve adsorption-catalyst for decomposing VOCs by low-temperature plasma and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps: S01: obtaining Na-ZSM-5 molecular sieve as a parent material; modification to obtain a metal ion-modified M-ZSM-5 molecular sieve; S03: preparing a silicon layer on the outer surface of the M-ZSM-5 molecular sieve to obtain the hydrophobic molecular sieve adsorption-catalyst. The molecular sieve adsorption-catalyst can selectively adsorb VOCs in an atmosphere with high relative humidity, and decompose the VOCs inside the pores into CO 2 and H 2 O under the action of low-temperature plasma.
