The invention discloses a bionic three-dimensional scaffold for promoting bone defect repair and a preparation method thereof. The stent is composed of two units, one of which is an inner layer stent, which is a three-dimensional porous stent with an inverse opal structure, in a columnar structure, and whose diameter and height can be adjusted according to the diameter of the bone and the defect site; the other is the outer layer. The stent is an electrospinning nanofiber film, which is wrapped outside the inner stent, and the size of the film can be cut according to needs. The biomimetic three-dimensional scaffold of the invention simulates bone structure, the outer nanofiber multi-layer structure biomimetic bone cortex, and the inner porous scaffold allows the passage of bone marrow, provides a suitable place for cell adhesion, and can promote bone repair and functional reconstruction. By controlling the size of the inner layer bracket and the size of the outer layer film, the invention can flexibly adjust the size of the bionic three-dimensional bracket to meet the needs of bone defects of different lengths. |
