abstract | The present application relates to a preparation and extraction method of a hemostatic drug, the main drug composition of which is three kinds of Guizhou characteristic Miao medicines, namely, Feilongzhixue, Zizhu, Baiji, etc., which have the functions of hemostasis and bacteriostasis, and are beneficial to accelerate wound healing. Specifically disclosed is the manufacturing process of the drug-carrying layer of the hemostatic drug sticker, which includes: 1. pulverizing the dragon palm blood, purple beads and white jelly according to the ratio of 30:5:1, then adding the powders to twelve times the amount of water and decocting for 2 times, 1 h each time, the filtrates were combined twice, and concentrated in a water bath to an appropriate concentration to obtain three kinds of medicinal herb decoctions. ②After decoction and cooling to room temperature, add ethanol, stir while adding, adjust the ethanol concentration to about 60%, and store at 4°C for 24h. Suction filtration of the alcohol precipitation liquid, recovery of ethanol from the filtrate, and then concentration to a certain extent for subsequent use. ③ Mix the medicinal liquid with an appropriate amount of sodium polyacrylate to form a medicinal-containing gel layer, and cut the gel layer into a suitable size to obtain a hemostatic drug-carrying drug-loaded layer. |
