abstract | The invention discloses a method for measuring pyrimethamine isomers. First, a pyrimethamine isomer standard sample solution and a pyrimethamine sample solution are prepared; then liquid chromatography is used to continuously measure the standard sample solution for several times. Calculate the response value of pyrimethamine isomers in each measurement, until the relative change of the two adjacent response values is less than 1.5%, according to the following chromatographic conditions, the standard solution and the sample solution were measured for multiple times, and the standard solution was obtained. The chromatograms of the sample solution and the sample solution were obtained; finally, the mass fraction of pyrimethamine isomers in the sample solution was calculated according to formula (1). The standard deviation of the assay method of the invention is 0.24, the coefficient of variation is 0.25%, the average recovery rate is 99.3%, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.991, the pyrimethamine isomers can be completely separated from the pyrimethamine, and the chromatographic peak shape is good. The integral calculation results are accurate and repeatable, and the obtained results have high reliability. |
