titleOfInvention Compound single crystal and preparation method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a compound single crystal and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) melting the compound to obtain a droplet of supercooled melt with a diameter of 100 μm-5mm; 2) making the droplet of the supercooled melt spontaneously nucleate at a temperature of T1 to obtain a droplet of supercooled melt. Obtain a single crystal nucleus of the target crystal form of the compound, T g <T 1 <T m ; if no single crystal nucleus of the target crystal form of the compound is obtained, increase the temperature from T 1 to T 2 , T 1 <T 2 <T m , until a single crystal nucleus of the target crystal form of the compound is obtained; 3) Cultivate a droplet of supercooled melt containing a single crystal nucleus of the target crystal form of the compound into a single crystal. This method can successfully resolve the single crystal structure of 5-methyl 2-[(2-nitrophenyl)amino]-3-thiophenecarbonitrile Y04 crystal form and the single crystal structure of nifedipine γ crystal form, which have troubled the industry for many years. And the single crystal of the heat-sensitive drug vemurafenib α crystal form was cultivated, and the single crystal structure was analyzed.
