titleOfInvention | A kind of flexible magnesium ferrite fiber and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The present invention relates to a flexible magnesium ferrite fiber and its preparation method and application. The magnesium ferrite fiber has a diameter of about 0.5-1.5 μm, and is composed of magnesium ferrite nanocrystalline grains. The preparation method includes: dissolving iron source, magnesium source and citric acid in a solvent; adding a spinning aid, and adjusting to a certain viscosity to obtain a precursor spinning solution; obtaining a precursor fiber by electrospinning, and thermally treating it at a certain temperature to obtain a flexible Magnesium Ferrite Fiber. The flexible magnesium ferrite fiber prepared by the method overcomes the problem of easy agglomeration of magnesium ferrite nanomaterials during the adsorption process. Moreover, the problem of poor flexibility of fibers prepared by directly dissolving the iron source and the magnesium source together with the spinning aid to form a spinning solution is solved. The fibers have excellent flexibility and self-supporting properties, do not agglomerate in aqueous solutions, are easily magnetically separated, and have excellent adsorption properties for Pb 2+ ions. |
