abstract The present invention has synthesized a new family of crystalline microporous metal phosphates named AlPO-92. These metal phosphates are represented by the empirical formula C c + A a + M m 2+ EP x Si y O z where M is a divalent framework metal such as magnesium, C is a cyclic organic ammonium cation, and A is an acyclic organic ammonium cation , and E is a trivalent framework element such as aluminum or gallium. The AlPO-92 composition is characterized by a new unique ABC-6 network structure and has catalytic properties suitable for performing various hydrocarbon conversion processes, as well as properties suitable for efficient adsorption of water vapor in a variety of applications such as adsorption heat pumps.
