The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to the application of a nanobody against RSV virus F protein and its coding sequence in diagnosis and treatment. The RSV nanobody provided by the present invention has unique CDR1, 2 and 3 region sequences, so that the antibody has specific recognition and binding ability to RSV antigen. No cross-reaction with other non-specific proteins. Through neutralizing activity detection, it shows good neutralizing activity, and can be used alone or in combination with other drugs or antibodies to prepare RSV therapeutic drugs. |
