titleOfInvention | A kind of phthalide glycerol ether compound and preparation method thereof and application in anti-marine biofouling |
abstract | The invention discloses a phthalide glyceryl ether PGEA, a preparation method and an application in anti-marine biofouling. Phthaloglycerol ether PGEA, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, its structural formula is shown in formula I. The invention separates and obtains phthalide glycerol ether PGEA with significant acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity from the rice fermented material of Cochliobolus lunatus SCSIO41401. PGEA had no toxic effect on reticulated barnacle Venus larvae, the anti-fouling half-inhibitory rate was 1.6 μM, and the acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity was the main mechanism of its anti-fouling. The phthalide glycerol ether compound PGEA has good application value in anti-marine biofouling. |
