The invention not only maintains the characteristics of high volume specific energy and high discharge platform of lithium cobalt oxide material, but also has higher thermal stability than lithium cobalt oxide material, and also reduces the cost of lithium cobalt oxide material, and is the next generation lithium cobalt oxide material.
