titleOfInvention A kind of osteosarcoma metastasis-related gene signature research and potential drug discovery method
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of osteosarcoma metastasis-related genes, and discloses a method for the signature research and potential drug mining of osteosarcoma metastasis-related genes, comprising the following steps: S1, data downloading and preprocessing: performing the following steps on TARGET data of OS Preprocessing: 1) Remove samples with no clinical information or overall survival time <30 days; 2) Remove normal tissue sample data; 3) Remove genes whose expression level is 0 in more than half of the samples. This kind of osteosarcoma metastasis-related gene signature research and potential drug mining method, from the characteristics of gene expression level changes, immune-related genes are generally down-regulated in the metastatic group, it is speculated that the inhibition of the immune system may contribute to the metastasis of osteosarcoma, further indicating , the inhibition of the expression of some genes (including immune-related genes) may contribute to osteosarcoma metastasis. The prognostic analysis of MRS further identified a group of genes that have a significant relationship with prognosis, which provides a possible option for further mining the treatment of osteosarcoma metastasis .
