titleOfInvention | Application of CLIC4 in preparation of preparation for radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma |
abstract | The invention relates to an application of CLIC4 in preparation of a preparation for radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and relates to an application of CLIC4 as a protein marker in preparation of a preparation for predicting nasopharyngeal carcinoma photon radiation tolerance; the invention uses cell survival clone formation experiment to detect the survival ability difference of the radiation tolerant cell and the sensitive cell under different photon doses of the cell, and the result shows that under the same dose, the clone formation ability of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiation tolerant cell is obviously stronger than that of the radiation sensitive cell, namely the nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiation tolerant cell has low radiation sensitivity. The CLIC4 can be used as a protein marker to prepare a preparation for predicting nasopharyngeal carcinoma photon radiation tolerance, a product for judging nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy prognosis, a medicine for inhibiting nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell radiation tolerance and a potential medicine for screening and increasing tumor cell radiation sensitivity. |
