abstract | The invention provides a modified steel slag pigment filler, an epoxy paint formed by the same, a preparation method and application thereof; the preparation method of the modified steel slag pigment filler comprises the following steps: 1) dispersing steel slag powder in absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain fine powder dispersion liquid, adding a silane coupling agent and oxalic acid into the absolute ethyl alcohol, and mixing to form coupling agent dispersion liquid; 2) adding the coupling agent dispersion liquid into the fine powder dispersion liquid and mixing to obtain mixed slurry; 3) and filtering and separating the mixed slurry, and cleaning and drying to obtain the steel slag fine powder with the modified surface. The modification method provided by the application is simple to operate, the oil absorption of the formed modified steel slag pigment filler is reduced, the alkali environment and the dispersity are modified, the formed epoxy paint is more stable in storage, and the adhesive force and the wear resistance are improved. |
