titleOfInvention A kind of self-mineralizing collagen membrane, preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses a self-mineralizing collagen film, a preparation method and an application. The self-mineralizing collagen film comprises a GBR collagen film, and polyanions are cross-linked on the GBR collagen film. The self-mineralized collagen membrane was prepared by the following methods: (1) a polyelectrolyte solution of polyanions with a concentration of 2-10 mg/mL, and the pH of the solution was adjusted to 6.0; (2) the chemical cross-linking agent was dissolved in (1) In the solution, stand at room temperature for 1-15min, adjust pH=7.0 to obtain the polyelectrolyte solution to be cross-linked; (3) GBR collagen membrane is placed in the polyelectrolyte solution to be cross-linked in (2), and react at room temperature for 1-15min. Derived from mineralized collagen membranes. The self-mineralizing collagen film of the present invention is used for the preparation of bone repair material, osteogenic material or application of bone material. After the self-mineralizing membrane of the present invention is implanted into the body, it can spontaneously enrich calcium and phosphorus ions in the body fluid and gradually induce mineralization in the fiber, so as to realize the transformation of the collagen membrane from a tough material to a rigid material in vivo.
