abstract |
The object of the present invention is to provide a chemically modified siRNA with polydeoxyadenylic acid added to the 5' end of the sense strand, and the chemically modified siRNA is resistant to RNase when complexed with Schizophyllum polysaccharide higher and effectively indicates RNAi activity. In the modified siRNA in which polydeoxyadenylic acid is added to the 5' end of the sense strand, it is possible to obtain the modified siRNA by combining the dinucleotide sequences of CA, UA and UG in the base sequence of the sense strand and the nucleotide sequence from the antisense strand. The dinucleotide sequence of CA, UA, and UG in the nucleotide sequence after the 8th base from the 5' end side is subjected to specific chemical modification to solve the above problem. |
