titleOfInvention Molecular markers, primers, applications and cultivar selection closely linked to the resistance to peach green aphid from cultivars
abstract The present invention relates to molecular markers, primers, applications and varieties selection and breeding methods closely linked with cultivar-derived peach green aphid resistance traits. The present invention finds a molecular marker closely linked with the trait of resistance to peach green aphid in the process of researching a new type of cultivar-derived QMR anti-aphid material, and the nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is as shown in SEQ As shown in ID NO.1, the 72-91 position from the 5' end is inserted or deleted. The molecular marker is closely linked to the aphid-resistant trait of peach. When the 72-91st position from the 5' end of the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1 is the insertion homozygous genotype, the sample to be tested is aphid-susceptible trait; when SEQ ID NO. When the 72-91th position from the 5' end of the sequence shown in 1 is a deletion homozygous genotype or an insertion/deletion heterozygous genotype, the sample to be tested is an aphid-resistant trait. The genotype of the molecular marker can be detected early and effectively to predict whether the plant to be tested has aphid resistance. The present invention also provides primers for detecting the molecular marker and a method for breeding peach aphid-resistant varieties.
