titleOfInvention Pseudoarthrobacter RN-22 from the ocean and method for producing dextranase
abstract The present invention is a marine-derived pseudoarthrobacter (Pseudarthrobacter sp.) RN-22, the deposit number of which is CGMCC No.19740. The invention also discloses a method for producing dextranase by using pseudoarthrobacter RN-22. Pseudoarthrobacter RN‑22 is a Gram-negative Brevibacterium; the growth temperature of the strain is 15‑45°C, and the optimum growth temperature is 30°C; the suitable pH range for growth is 6‑10, and the optimum growth pH is 7.0; It can grow when the NaCl concentration is 0%-5%, and the optimal growth NaCl concentration is 0%-1%. The dextranase produced by Pseudomonas spp. RN‑22 is suitable for the action temperature of 60°C. The dextranase produced has good thermal stability, and the enzyme activity can still maintain more than 80% after being incubated at 40°C for 5 hours; at pH 5.5~8.0 stable within the range. The dextranase produced by the method of the present invention is not limited to the application of the above industries in the sugar industry, the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the health industry, the daily necessities industry, and the chemical industry.
