abstract | The invention provides a low-wind-resistance filter cloth for purifying environment and a preparation method thereof, wherein the low-wind-resistance filter cloth is prepared by firstly adding a foaming agent and nano manganese dioxide into a mixture of ceramic precursor sol, adding an emulsifier, an oil phase and water into the mixture to be uniformly dispersed, spraying the mixture through a microfluid reactor to form water-in-oil dispersed particles, then sintering the dispersed particles at high temperature, finally mixing the dispersed particles with water and an adhesive to prepare a coating, and coating the coating on the two side surfaces of a glass fiber framework cloth. The high-sphericity porous ceramic microspheres formed by the filter cloth for the air purifier provided by the invention have the advantages of high specific surface area, easiness in impurity adsorption and small wind resistance, can catalyze and decompose formaldehyde into carbon dioxide and water at normal temperature, and can overcome the defect of adsorption saturation by cooperating with the adsorption performance of a porous carrier, thereby having long-acting, safe and environment-friendly formaldehyde removal performance. |
