abstract | The invention relates to a kit for detecting the abundance of ACE2 receptors, which at least comprises at least one microporous carrier plate carrying an ACE2 antibody, an enzyme-labeled secondary antibody solution and a substrate color developing solution, wherein under the condition that the microporous carrier plate is contacted with a urine protein sample, the ACE2 in the urine protein sample and the ACE2 antibody are subjected to primary incubation, under the condition that the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody solution is added into the microporous carrier plate subjected to primary incubation, the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody and the ACE2 antibody are subjected to secondary incubation, the substrate color developing solution and enzymes in the microporous carrier plate subjected to secondary incubation are subjected to a third reaction and catalyzed into a colored product, and the abundance of the ACE2 receptors in the corresponding urine protein sample is determined based on the color depth index of the colored product solution and/or the absorbance value of the colored product solution to a specified wavelength. The invention can carry out qualitative or quantitative analysis according to the color depth of the colored product. The catalytic efficiency of the enzyme is high, so that the result of immune reaction is indirectly amplified, and the determination method achieves high sensitivity. |
