abstract The invention provides a stable liposome particle and application thereof in immunoturbidimetric assay, wherein the liposome nanoparticle is of a spherical lipid bilayer structure with the average particle size of 50-250nm, and the density of the liposome nanoparticle is 1.0-1.03g/cm ^ 3. The liposome nanoparticle prepared by the invention overcomes the defects of easy oxidation, easy hydrolysis and easy denaturation of the existing liposome particles. After the antibody is coated by the liposome particles, the stability of the prepared reagent can reach 18 months.
