abstract | The invention relates to a method for detecting antibiotic residues in milk, which comprises the following steps: accurately weighing a sample to be measured into a polypropylene centrifugal tube, adding a water solution of a surfactant, carrying out ultrasonic recentrifugation after vortex oscillation, and taking supernatant; the surfactant is an esterquat cationic surfactant; adding the supernatant into an extraction solvent, carrying out vortex oscillation centrifugation, distilling the obtained extraction liquid layer under reduced pressure to remove the solvent, adding ultrapure water for dilution and mixing uniformly, and filtering by a filter membrane to obtain a sample solution to be detected; and determining the content of the antibiotics in the sample solution to be detected by using a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method. The detection method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, low cost, easy operation and the like, and can realize the sensitive determination of multiple antibiotics in the sample. |
