A refractory mica tape adhesive and a preparation method thereof relate to the field of adhesives; it comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of hydroxy silicone rubber, 3-5 parts of organic silicone resin, 1-2 parts of organic solvent, and 0.001 part of catalyst ～0.003 part, stabilizer 0.02～0.05 part. The refractory mica tape adhesive of the present invention is used for making refractory mica tapes, and has the characteristics of good insulation, high stickiness and peeling strength; the preparation method of the silicone resin is provided, which simplifies the process and can improve the yield of the MQ resin. The rate, the product is clear, the M/Q ratio and the structure are easy to control. |
