abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of novel composite melamine resin-polyimide foam. Firstly, adding melamine, paraformaldehyde and deionized water into a reactor for reaction, and obtaining a melamine formaldehyde resin prepolymer after reaction treatment; performing esterification reaction on dianhydride substances and absolute methanol/absolute ethanol, and adding diamine substances into diester substances to perform salt forming reaction to obtain a polyester ammonium salt solution; sequentially processing the mixture to obtain polyester ammonium salt prepolymer solution, polyester ammonium salt prepolymer powder or polyimide microspheres; mixing melamine formaldehyde resin prepolymer and polyester ammonium salt prepolymer solution or polyester ammonium salt prepolymer powder or polyimide microspheres, then adding an emulsifier, a curing agent and a foaming agent, stirring at a high speed for emulsification, pouring the emulsified mixture into a mould, placing the mould in a microwave reactor for foaming, and curing the foam to obtain the novel melamine-polyimide composite foam material. The invention improves the thermal stability of the foam by improving the structure of the foam, and simultaneously reduces the content of formaldehyde in the foam. |
