The invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical intermediates, in particular to a method for synthesizing 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)aniline in one step. The present invention provides for the first time a method for synthesizing 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)aniline in one step. Compound A is used as a starting material, catalyzed by a catalyst, and reacted with compound B to directly synthesize product 5 in one step. -Chloro-2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)aniline, and using carbonate to eliminate the acid generated, the yield and purity are improved. |
