abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of catalysis, and in particular relates to a preparation method and application of a bifunctional catalyst used for highly selective preparation of isobutyraldehyde by propylene hydroformylation. According to the characteristics of the isobutyraldehyde product, propylene is firstly adsorbed on a rare earth-modified acidic support to generate a secondary carbon ion, then it is added to the CO on the active center cobalt carbide, and finally it is added to the active hydrogen to generate the product. In the bifunctional catalyst of the present invention, cobalt salts and nitrogen-containing compound precursors are impregnated into the pores of acidic molecular sieves, and then carbonized at a relatively high temperature to generate active center cobalt carbides that are highly dispersed in the pores of molecular sieves. A N-modified carbon layer is formed on the surface. In the catalyst, the carrier plays an acidic role, and the cobalt carbide simultaneously activates CO and H 2 . The prepared catalyst enables the yield of isobutyraldehyde to be as high as 79%. The catalyst prepared by the method has low cost, high activity, good catalyst stability, high selectivity of isobutyraldehyde, and good industrialization prospect. |
