The invention discloses an anti-thrombus heart valve replacement, which is characterized in that a polymer material used by the anti-thrombus heart valve replacement is prepared by the following steps: preparation of (mono) condensation monomer of double-end hydroxyl benzophenone, (di) preparation of chloro citric acid derivative, (tri) ionization condensation polymer, (tetra) ion exchange. The anti-thrombus heart valve replacement disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low preparation cost, good histocompatibility, high biological stability, excellent anti-thrombus and anti-calcification performances and capability of realizing the mechanical performance similar to that of a human valve. |
